OUR SERVICES

Ongoing Support + Care Plans

Flexible website care, support hours, and strategic guidance to keep your digital presence healthy, current, and moving forward.

OVERVIEW

Support that continues after launch

Flexible support for your website, content, marketing, and digital details — so your business can keep moving without starting a full project every time something needs attention.

Your website and marketing should not sit untouched after launch. Platforms change, integrations need attention, content becomes outdated, campaigns evolve, and small improvements can make a meaningful difference over time.

Ongoing Support & Care Plans give you access to a trusted partner for website care, content updates, marketing support, technical checks, and strategic guidance as your needs change.

Ongoing support can help with:

Website Care
Content updates
Technical checks
Marketing support
Strategic guidance
Small improvements over time

Three Ways to Get Ongoing Support

Website Care Plans icon

Website Care Plans

For businesses that want regular maintenance, technical checks, updates, monitoring, and peace of mind. Website care helps protect your investment by keeping your site updated, monitored, and supported. Depending on your plan, this may include security checks, backups, software or platform updates where applicable, performance reviews, analytics reporting, and support for key website functionality.

Support Hours & Block Hours icon

Support Hours & Block Hours

For businesses that need flexible help with website updates, content changes, small improvements, troubleshooting, marketing support, or consulting. Support hours can be used across Vertical Insite direct services, including website updates, content support, landing page edits, UX improvements, analytics review, consulting, and smaller marketing needs.

Ongoing Advisory Support icon

Ongoing Advisory Support

For clients who want strategic guidance, planning, or regular check-ins without a larger project scope. Ongoing advisory support is customized based on your needs and may include strategy conversations, marketing direction, website improvement planning, campaign guidance, or help deciding what to prioritize next.

FLEXIBLE SUPPORT HOURS

Not every need is a full project.

Not every need is a full project. Sometimes you need a page updated, content added, a form checked, a landing page adjusted, a blog formatted, a campaign link created, or a strategy question worked through.

Support hours give you flexible access to Vertical Insite direct services without needing a separate project scope every time.

Support hours may be used for:

  • Website updates
  • Landing page updates
  • Analytics review
  • Marketing consulting
  • Campaign support
  • Email/newsletter support
  • Local SEO + visibility updates

Block Hour Terms
  • VALID FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
  • MAY BE USED ACROSS VERTICAL INSITE DIRECT SERVICES.
  • DO NOT APPLY TO OUTSIDE SPECIALIST COSTS.
  • A RUNNING BALANCE CAN BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
  • LARGER-SCOPED PROJECTS MAY REQUIRE A SEPARATE ESTIMATE.

Clients with an active care plan or ongoing support agreement may receive a reduced hourly rate before block-hour discounts are applied. If outside specialist support is needed, such as advanced Google Ads management for larger campaigns, that work is discussed and estimated separately.

Not sure what kind of support you need?

Start with a support review. We will look at where things stand, what you need now, and what type of support makes the most sense.

WHEN SUPPORT BECOMES A PROJECT

Some work deserves a clear scope before it begins.

Some work is better handled as a defined project rather than ongoing support.

  • New website builds
  • Website redesigns
  • Major structural changes
  • Large content migrations
  • Complex custom development
  • Advanced third-party integrations
  • Larger Google Ads campaigns
  • Large-scale campaign strategy or implementation
  • Specialist work outside Vertical Insite direct services

When something falls outside support hours or care plan coverage, you will receive a clear recommendation and estimate before work begins.

NEW TO VERTICAL INSITE?

Already have a website?
Support may still be available.

Yes, support may be available for websites Vertical Insite did not originally build.

Before taking over care or support, a baseline review is required to understand the condition of the site, how it was built, what tools are being used, and whether there are any security, performance, integration, hosting, or structural concerns.

If cleanup is needed before ongoing support begins, you will receive a recommended path forward.

How to Get Started

  1. Request a Support Review

Start by sharing your website and current support needs.

  2. Review the Website + Goals

Your site, tools, current needs, and support priorities are reviewed.

  3. Receive a Recommended Path

Get a clear recommendation for the right support path.

  4. Set Up Ongoing Support

If it is a good fit, the right structure is put in place.

If your needs involve a new website, redesign, major restructuring, larger campaign planning, or broader strategic work, a project-based engagement may be a better fit. Visit Ways to Work Together to explore other engagement options.
